Model For Allure

Hey, 

I got invited to become model for coldeer123's new project called ''Allure''.

It's a brand new project that is not only new becauseit's just founded, but also it's something new to the 'stardoll-blog' world, since the concept is different. 

Here's what cooldeer123 tells about it at her blog:

"This Project came up from my wish to have a online spot where you can have daily posts, a fashionable magazine plus being able to interact at real time with other users that are fond of the same thing as you- Fashion. It was actually an old wish from me but only now I was able to fulfill it."

RNTM Task 6

Hey There, 

I know long time nothing. I am focussing right bow on the RNTM competition. For this month i am also a graphic designer for Miss Magazine, but just as a guest for my dear friend. 

Ok enogh talking - here's the result for RNTM task 6.1. Task was to create a business chic outfit with stardoll clothing and present it on the runway: 

 I choose to be classy with b/w, but also with some trashy and extraordinary shades in it like the studded collar or the rouched skirt. -We are on the runway and not already in the office ;) 

Here's the second part of the task. We had to answer some questions as a fictional interview with an international magazine: 

RNTM- Task 6 – Interview with Jody_Cailin

*) You are a contestant at RNTM. What's it like to be in such a competition?

Jody_Cailin: It’s a great honor to be in this competition. It’s really exciting for me as I am always looking forward the next task, doing the task punctual with showing the best I can and then it’s the waiting for the results…I am always very curious.

*) Why did you decide to apply for RNTM?

J.C.: I have followed the competition for the last cycle and I really liked the tasks and results. The whole competition takes place on a higher level than others. You really have got a chance not only by winning the title of RNTM to step up in the model world, but also throughout the competition you get little rewards and you also have a chance to show your talent and commitment into competitions in general.

*) Have you had any problems or difficulties at one of the task so far?

J.C.: I guess the Halloween task, because I didn’t really know what Rafael wanted, also I am not that into creating sceneries, so the Thailand-influenced task was also a bit tricky.

*) Which task did you like best/didn't you like at all so far?

J.C.: Hmm the Thailand and Halloween tasks were not my cup of tea. I loved the 5^th task, because the circus theme was different than the ones before. The “Crazy Couture”-Catwalk was also quite fun to do, because of the extravagant outfit. I was wearing a ‘fish’ for Gianni Molaro….

*) Can you describe a bit what makes you stand out from the rest of the contestants?

J.C.: That’s  a tricky question. I guess we all are special in our very own. I guess I am interpreting things in a different way and for me little details can be very important. Also I can be surprising from time to time.

*) Do you think you can actually win this cycle? Or at least get among the Top 3?

J.C.: Maybe. If you have seen last weeks results then you know that it turned out pretty good for me, but there are some quite good girls in this competition with me. – So I should focus on the competition, doing my best at every task – then I have got a chance to be among the Top 3.

*) Have you got any plans if you don't win RNTM?

J.C.: I would be sad and probably a little bit disappointed of myself, but I have got accepted at several amazing magazines such as Flare, Run Magazine or strut magazine and I won’t stop modeling.  Also I am quite busy working as graphic designer and I want to improve my skills in it. Maybe I get good enough to finally start my own magazine with my own ideas. But that’s just a thought for now.

*) Is there anything on Stardoll that you'd also love to do besides modeling?

J.C.: No, not on the stardoll page. What would it be? I don’t want to become CG or NCG or catwalk winner. For me the world around stardoll is much more interesting, because there users show their real creativity and great pieces of art come together.

*) Leaving the topic of RNTM, can you tell us what you like to do in your free time?

J.C.: I love travelling around the world, have great experiences and meeting interesting people. Experimenting with fashion is also always a part of my everyday life. I also love to go for a run or going out with friends.

*) The interview is nearly over. For the last question, can you please tell us what's your biggest wish for Christmas?

J.C.: Oh I haven’t really thought about Christmas that much. I will celebrate with my family and for the moment I just hope for a great time with as much love and joy as possible ….and snow ;) I love snow.

I am already curious about the next results and critics.

i am sorry for you if you are waiting for your requests long. So the free detailed requests are closed for now until all requests are finished. I am back from vacation, but i stil have some paying clients that need to be served first.

StepUp in the graphic world - task 4

Hey, 

i finished task 4 for step up in the graphic world. The task was to do a blogger portrait picture with my medoll. I changed my medolls face after 2 years...so here it is:

 

I wanted to do something that shows that i am in the model world and in the graphic world. Also for me it tells that MakeUp could do a big change on your medolls face. 

I hope you enjoyed this and have a look at StepUpInTheGraphicWorld! It's woth it, because it's about the work of upcoming graphic designers that can get a detailed critique from a professionel and experienced graphic designer (sparklewand12).

Hey Fashionistas, 

I am so soo sorry for not doing any grapic requests at the moment. I am really busy with some magazine projects and i can't post the graphics until the magazine issues are published. Also i got my first paid graphic designer job :) Since graphic requests are free i am doing them, when i have free time and nothing else on my shedule or if i am in the mood for the outfit or if you are special client. I try to do them as soon as possible.

TFS Task 3

 Hey There,

After a weekend full of wedding thing - a friend's wedding took place and before we were celebrating the stag party. I've finally got some time to do the task 3rd for "Tipps für Stardoll". 

The task was to create a MSW2012-related graphic with one of the judges/owners of the blog and also to design your own dress. Here is my result:

I mainly draw free hand, because it's very dress concentrated and i had to do it on my own...(not the easiest thing to do) and i had no scetch or anything, but i was sure that i wanted to do something with sheer and mint ♥ yeah i love these two things in clothing and then the ruffle and different strucures...i really like it somehow. Also the tiara and the hair is drawn free.

Layout - Header for PremierModelAgency

I am currently working on a new header for Premier Modeling Agency. The owner Kaisa asked me to do a header showing 2 models and herself. I dindn't want to connect the models, so i decided to make a header consisting out of three "single" picures. But they are still connected trough same background, same shoes (J.C. Litas) and the font, which will be over the 3 pictures.

I tried a new hair technique, and i am not that sure about it. I am quite satisfied with clothing shading and body shade.  Hm the nailpolish and braclet...i don't know what would fit better.

Hey Guys, 

Sorry for not posting in a long time, but i am very busy with Inexperienced Magazine. It is great working for them, because we are a great team :) And it's so much fun working with people, who are interested and knowing what they are doing and they really helped (and still helping) me a lot in becoming better at graphic design. 

But the real reason of this post is to show you the graphic of Crystallam2000's graphic request:

If you are unsatisfied, i can change the hair color from the dip dye or any other colors. (I personally think the dip dye is not that pregnant, because it's the same color as the shirt).

TFS Secret Competition Task 2.3

 Hey There,

Shading will improve, but i wanted you to see it. The task was to create a crazy outfit.

Graphic Request

Pandaribbon/Pandaribbona made a graphic request with choosen clothes and a full-body-shoot. So here is the graphic i made for her model portfolio:

I don't know what bothers me in this graohic (yeah definitly the shading and the hair...), but i mean something more outstanding just don't know what it is. Do you? -Maybe its really the hair? Ok i will work on that. Tomorrow Pandaribbon will have new and great, shiny hair :D ...maybe ;)

I just noticed that the head in the new one is much smaller and that this was a problem too... Also i have had to do the shading again on the chest, arms and neck. (I've forgotten to save my layers yesterday to make changes easily...) So here it is:

New Hair Technique

Hey There, 

just finished a new graphic. I have jused new techniques especially for the hair, but also for the clothes and the shading. I know the hair looks a little bit odd, because of the thin strands, but i wanted to create an 'undone' - hairstyle.
